As with every branch of the tourist industry around the world, tipping has become accepted. However, we brief our Sherpa staff that they should not except any tips for the basic service that they are employed to do. "Tipping is entirely up to the clients" discretion but we will be pleased to give more detailed advice at the time of briefing if requested.
