Sikkim, once an independent Buddhist Kingdom, became a state of India in 1975. Measuring 2800 sq. km, its terrain rises from just above sea level to the ice bound summits of Kanchanjunga [8598 m], third highest peak in the world.

The Markha Valley is a popular trekking route, adjacent to the Indus Valley and south east of Leh (Ladhak). The views throughout the trek are superb and the local people are friendly. The best known peak is Kang Yissay at 6401m, but there are many unnamed peaks between 5000m and 6000m.We fly from Delhi to Leh for two full days sightseeing. After visiting Leh we head our trip to Markha valley via Khandala base and Skyu. After visiting Kongmaru-La and Hemis we drive back to Leh. The next day we fly back to Delhi.

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi and transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Fly from Delhi to Leh, over night Hotel with FB plan
Day 03: Excursions in Leh to Shanker and Phyang. Overnight hotel
Day 04: Excursion to Lamayuru, Alchi and Likir, overnight hotel in Leh
Day 05: Drive from Leh to Stock Phu. Hotel
Day 06/17: Trek to Hemis via Shang, then drive from Hemis to Leh via sightseeing of Thikshey and shey, overnight hotel
Day 18: Fly from Leh to Delhi and transfer to Hotel
Day 19: Sightseeing tour in Delhi
Day 20: Transfer to airport for final departure from Delhi.
